citibee rates are as follows:

2 hrs. = 100 Euros
4 hrs. = 180 Euros
8 hrs. = 340 Euros
2 days (2 × 8 hrs.) = 650 Euros

citibee can accept group bookings of up to three adults. Family bookings can include up to two children. citibee doesn’t charge for travel time.

According to the German Value Added Tax Act (§19 para. 1 UStG), no VAT is chargeable on my services.

Please note that clients travel at their own risk and citibee does not accept any liability for personal injury or lost property.

Additional costs which might be incurred:

Depending on the activities carried out, additional costs might be incurred for things like: entrance tickets, guided tours, taxi rides, public transport, car hire, concert tickets, individually arranged tours around the city or certain museums, golfing green fee, nourishment, etc. These costs are to be covered by the client(s) as and when they are incurred. I will not make any additional charges for my own person without having agreed these with the client(s).

Cancelling a booking with citibee:

In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit is as follows:

Up to 2 weeks prior to agreed date: 50% of amount due
Up to 1 week prior to agreed date: 80% of amount due

In the event of travel dates changing, citibee will carry the paid amount over to the newly arranged date(s).
